IEEE POLICIES

As ICADICS 2024 is technically sponsored by IEEE UP Section, IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference. Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously, and IEEE will act against any author who has engaged in either practice.

IEEE Web Page on Plagiarism

Papers should conform to the IEEE format and specifications. Another format may not be accepted. All submitted papers should contain original, unpublished results, experimental or theoretical. The IEEE paper template for Camera Ready Paper is available in download section of ICADICS 2024 Website. Paper Submission

Publication Ethics

Every paper submitted to the ADICS 2024 will be checked for plagiarism by using anti-plagiarism software (Turnitin), before being sent to a pre-conference review. Authors should observe high standards with respect to publication ethics. Falsification or fabrication of data, plagiarism, including duplicate publication of the author's own work without proper citation, and misappropriation of the work are all unacceptable.

Guidelines for Submission

  • All papers submitted to ADICS 2024 will be checked for plagiarism according to IEEE guideline. If found free of plagiarism, it will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on NOVELTY, Presentation, Correctness and Relevance to the conference. In case of the minor plagiarism, the authors will be asked to rewrite the paper. In other cases, the paper will be immediately rejected.

Other useful and updated information such as guidelines and suggestions for presenters will be given later and it will be available on ICADICS 2024 Plagiarism FAQ
