| The centrally airconditioned, Central Library located in the Founder's Block in the University campus is one of the best-equipped libraries on engineering subjects. The total carpet area of the Central Library is 65,000 sq, ft. spread over three floors. It has a huge collection of textbooks, reference books, book titles, magazines, current journals, Indian and foreign journals, Peer reviewed journals, Back volumes of journals, E-resources,CDs/DVDs/Databases, online journals, Audio visual resources. The library is open from 8 am to 9 pm on all working days except holidays. |

The library is well equipped with excellent seating arrangements, centralized air-conditioned facility and a perfect environment for focused study. The library functions are completely automated with the implementation of latest software for library management.
The library is also digitally equipped with computer services to ensure easy search, study and research activities. The library has World class reprographics, reading hall, digital library, and audio-visual hall including video conferencing and webinar facilities. The Central Library can accommodate over 1000 students. There is hi-tech air-conditioned international seminar hall with unique sophisticated equipments for seamless video conferencing, digital presentation equipment and LCD projectors. |

| Periodicals |
| The library subscribes to around 300 periodicals on various disciplines every year. It includes publications of renowned International and National Professional societies like IEEE, ASCE, ASME, AIAA, ACI, SAE, IETE, IE (I), IAS etc. Over 15 dailies are also subscribed. |

| In-house Publications |
The University publishes Campus Talk, a Quarterly Newsletter. FLY WHEEL, a group newsletter, featuring the activities of the Hindustan Group of Institutions is published annually. In addition to this, the University Annual Magazine, HCELLENCE is also published. It records the department reports, activities in the campus, articles from students and staff. HINDUSTAN RESEARCH JOURNAL, a registered ISSN journal is also published annually and it brings out refereed research articles by the on campus and off campus faculty and students. |
